I think we should try again tomorrow/later today (depending on time zones, as always). Wednesday was our "birthing pains" session, the next one should go much smoother as we work more things out.

See, when you said "Bigotry: 0", I thought you were implying that the bootleggers fought the KKK because they committed hate crimes, not just because they were pro-Prohibition.

Communication/Comprehension failure :P

Or hell, read the thread :P

I have been researching Prohibition era crime lately. There are some really fascinating stories, such as this one:

Two 1920s bootlegger gangs join forces to fight the Ku Klux Klan.

Alchohol: 1, Bigotry: 0.
Eh, the bootleggers were technically criminals, and didn't want to lose money or customers. I kinda doubt that fighting bigotry had much to do with it.
Well, KKK hated immigrants and he was jewish so maybe there was resentment, especially when fighting alongside with the Shelton brothers.
Birger I could maybe see fighting the Klan for ideological reasons (they do hate Jews, and probably Russians, along with dozens of other groups), but I can't find anything about the ethnicity or religious status of the Shelton brothers.

Our body hair is much too fine to keep warm, anyway. Look at the Inuit and other tundra-dwelling people. I have no idea if they have decency laws, but they wear plenty of clothing at all times.
It makes a helluva difference in warmer climates, though. At least warm and humid ones. There's an extremely noticeable difference between fuzzy and not fuzzy in Florida, anyway. Similarly, just dropping the head-top hair apparently has a seriously notable effect on personal heating. What I'm saying is that it actually does a pretty good job of trapping heat, even the relatively little bit most of us seem to have. Probably has something to do with the amount of heat we give off in general, though...
Pretty much this, especially in regards to the head area. Our brains burn tons of calories to keep us going, at least in comparison to the other parts of our bodies.

But this world has 0 Dense Ore symbols.  :-\

Shame about the decay, I really like this world. Eternal midnight in a snowy world with giant wooden "tentacles" forming natural bridges and roads.

That was the source of my confusion a few weeks back :P

The US is one hour forward right now ("spring" forward). In a few months, we will go back to normal ("fall" back).

...a bacon-and-cheese-stuffed deep-fried chicken breast sandwich.

You should go into business and sell those. Aside from the customers you'd lose to heart disease, you'd earn a fortune.

Anyone know why the entire ground would start to collapse under me in a Mystcraft world? I'm talking dirt, ice, stone, a couple of new ores from something else in Technic...All would sporadically become affected by gravity and fall, but only within a small area. I was nearly killed a few times before I got out.

Daylight Saving Time, I assume.

Also, did you mean the day after tomorrow? Because I'm pretty sure I'm in the same time zone as you, and tomorrow is Friday, not Saturday.
