I made it home!!!

I guess I went too deep or something, because the game crashed while traveling to a new world whilst hunting for a star fissure. Reloaded, and I'm back on the sky island! Minus all the dirt and stuff I had been carrying, but still!

I would like a game that puts you in charge of some sort of high-tech mobile fortress. You'd have to deal with multiple threats simultaneously, and while each on it's own would be insignificant, they'd have the advantage of superior maneuverability and numbers. It would be truly strategic as well; the battle theaters would be massive enough for artillery, air strikes, and even long-range missiles (on both sides), and you'd have to carefully conserve resources and avoid wasting firepower where it wasn't needed.

Maybe this?  If you are familiar with the science fiction BOLO tanks, there have been a few games built around them.  I have not played it, just poked through some of the features.  http://www.winbolo.com/
Actually, Bolos were exactly what I had in mind :P
Was kinda hoping for something a little less outdated, but I'll give this thing a shot.

EDIT: Appears to be multiplayer only D:

Yeah, but what about crit chance? That slim lance has been good to me regarding that :P
Well, if most of my vulns are gone, did I at least get any more kills? I know there were the two before I left. Did I get a chance to rescue anyone?

So many questions...sucks to miss the exciting half of the game  :-\

I JUST NOW got home, so don't be expecting me to come back after I leave early on Wednesdays.

So how'd the game go? We lose anyone yet? Any levels?

Some guy is doing an AMA on Reddit.

And in case the page is still down;
Quote
Hi, I’m Barack Obama, President of the United States. Ask me anything. I’ll be taking your questions for half an hour starting at about 4:30 ET.

Proof it's me: https://twitter.com/BarackObama/status/240903767350968320

We're running early and will get started soon.

UPDATE: Hey everybody - this is barack. Just finished a great rally in Charlottesville, and am looking forward to your questions. At the top, I do want to say that our thoughts and prayers are with folks who are dealing with Hurricane Isaac in the Gulf, and to let them know that we are going to be coordinating with state and local officials to make sure that we give families everything they need to recover.

HurricanE Isaac is coming!  Blame the gays!   ::)
surprise sur-bloody-prise.

If this were true, then how come the gay micronation hasn't been wiped out yet?
And why is it that when God hurricanes cities because of the gays, he usually does it in hurricane-prone areas during hurricane season?

Just you wait until god makes a hurricane strong enough to reach San Fransisco.  :P
Naw, over on this coast we get earthquakes. In earthquake-prone areas.
