Perhaps Biden just gets stage fright. Diplomats deal more with small groups and one-on-one interaction than public speaking.

I think it's an alternate universe sort of thing. No more silly than the comic books where all the superheros suddenly start killing each other.

So, having a little bit of trouble with the Technic Launcher. Opens for a second before closing again. No error messages. Any tips?

Seems like the kid will turn out alright, at least. Mom's a total bee-otch.

I've been looking at this as well. You need Medieval II Kingdoms: Total War (or whatever order that goes in) to run it. Currently installing the game, trying to get more information before I commit to the mod. I DO like the look of it, though it's a shame that you can only play around eight races in the Campaign.

Therefore, your feeble mind tricks will not work on me, girl! :P

Unless the President dies or otherwise leaves office. Then he'd have a whole hell of a lot of responsibility.

2 times out of 10, you end up bankrupt, in the gutter, and with 3 hobos sleeping on top of you.
Not yet :o
The other two times I hit my limit and go home.

I need to try going to a casino again sometime. Give me a blackjack table and a glass of cola, and eight times out of ten I walk away with more than I started.

Just checking for confirmation, but it is possible to turn off some mods in the Technic pack, right? I'm not sure if I want to jump into IndustrialCraft or BuildCraft yet, but MoCreatures is nice and things like Thaumcraft and Nether Ores sound interesting.

Don't you fools get it? A chance of failure is inherent in the word "risk"! Clearly, the solution is that the government never ever takes a risk ever!

Uh, yes. Because aside from some slang terms the English spoken over here is not radically different from that spoken in England or Australia. In five hundred years? Who knows? But the folks here insisting that foreigners speak "American" are just as stupid as the people who think everyone in this country is a gun-waving flag-wearing maniac.

Who ever said that there would only be American voices? And by the way, why can't a person of Indian descent speak "American"? Do you realize that American isn't a language or even a dialect?

I would be halfway willing to bet that at a certain point the US redefined its language as "American" instead of "English".

They like to do groan worthy stuff like that.
Considering that we don't even have an official language yet (de facto English, yes, but not officially), that would be quite a stretch.
