WHY CAN I ONLY VOTE FOR ONE?
Star Wars, Firefly, Star Trek, Warhammer 40,000, David Weber's Safehold series...all good stuff. There's probably a hundred more that I can't name off-hand.
Oddly, I haven't enjoyed "classic" sci-fi as much as I hoped. I couldn't get into Dune and I found Snow Crash horribly dull. Next up is Ender's Game, and I really hope it's good

The moral of the story is that while you usually don't want to sunder enemy equipment, as it lessens your loot for the future, it can be useful in order to survive. The same goes for any fight: the most optimal result isn't always possible, so go with the most effective. It doesn't matter if you get more loot if half the party died to get it.

I haven't seen the episode in question (or any of them for that matter), but it sounds like the sort of thing in which the younger sister would demonstrate that she no longer/never needed her brother's protection, and he would lay off the Knight in Shining Armor thing. To me, that's a fine aesop, since yes, older brothers do tend to be protective and no, they don't always need to be. Is that how it turned out?

We had a practice session to test the server and work on macros. We also engaged in some mock battles and roleplay with each other. It was fun, but it doesn't apply to the actual campaign.

Problem is, whips aren't light weapons. They count as them for the purpose of the Weapon Finesse feat though. Weapon focus might help.
