Mad Moxxi's arena is the only DLC I couldn't do on my own :P

Sadly, I just woke up and couldn't have been online anyway. I think I'm gonna have to sit this out - why are so many games going off of Australia time?

Hey, no need to break out Neil deGrasse Tyson, man. I just thought a couple people would get a laugh out of that story, that's all.
It wasn't just you, don't worry :P

There's dice rolling software all over the place; random.org and the official D&D website come to mind, or dicetools from rptools for something offline.
I think I'll give dicetools a shot. It'd be handy to have around if I lose my connection.

I like to keep a simple player status thingy containing any immediately, commonly needed information, like HP and attack bonuses, sometimes with a second, somewhat more complex one for things I might need to track but not frequently, like inventory.
That's basically all I need for now. There's no inventory or special abilities yet, so it's just stats.

I'm currently working on a RTD that involves spaceships shooting at each other with d20s. Not much of a storyline currently, as it will be pvp. I've got the basic ideas worked out, but I'm not sure how best to handle the logistics of it all. Is there a tool for automating dice rolls? Should I keep a spreadsheet handy? This will be my first RTD, so any tips or advice would be appreciated. :)

Last I checked they only fired 4. Then again I haven't updated in awhile.

Insulting Jerk: "What are you a virgin or something?" (raises voice on "virgin")
Me: "I don't think I can give birth to a Jesus."

I play the jerk games he plays better than he does....
I don't get it  :-\

Ok, I get it now. I think I would have thrown a "your mom" joke in there however.

I got Sins of a solar empire re-installed.

I live SoaSE
Eh. Too many pirates for me, and there's no way to disable or tone them down. I can't count how many full-on war fleets I lost trying to destroy their bases.
actually, in I think it's game options, you can disable pirates.

tone them down though, nope.
It's been a while since I played SoaSE, but I do remember looking through the options and not finding anything.

Anyway, the constant, ever-escalating pirate threat was the only real thing I hated about that game. Everything else was pretty solid, and I liked it.

This is why you shouldn't read your old yearbooks:

The first step is admitting you have a problem:

I started playing Civ 4 again thanks to this LP :D

Oh, how did you make those marker signs? Is that a new feature in Beyond the Sword or whatever expansion you're using?
