After refreshing himself, Wash left the room and went downstairs to the information desk.

Ask the help lady where the club Sanctuary is located.

I think you underestimate just how much it would take :P

This isn't some sky island fifty feet off the ground. There is nothing in any direction as far as the eye can see. IIRC, it would take about 20 full stacks to build a one-block-thick bridge to the nearest land. The Nether is even worse, just a flat, featureless red haze in all directions. Not even Ghasts spawn.

In short, that's way to much effort to go through to break the rules. I had to restart five times before I got this one going, and I'll do it again.

Watching. I enjoyed AI War, never played Tidalis.

Assuming you have enough blocks you could build a bridge to outside of the pregenerated map where the terrain will generate normally and get lava there. Not technically cheating.
Actually, according to the forum page...it is. The whole point of the map is survival with limited resources. While it means you don't get clay bricks or awesome redstone contraptions, it forces you to think strategically and not commit to using a resource unless you either don't need it or can get it back if need be.

Nah, I don't like cheating giving myself stuff on challenge maps.

There were some things I wanted to fix anyway, so starting over might not be all bad. Pain in the ass, but not bad.

I don't like that phrase. I haven't paid anything for DF, Aurora, or Iji, and I have loads of fun with them.

I don't have any cheat codes or mods. My only real hope is to copy the world file without accidentally saving. As long as I don't press escape, I think I'll be ok.

Otherwise...gotta start over.

EDIT: Never mind...save file already updated. Good-bye, awesome sky island.

This map is different. In the real world, there are exactly two very tiny islands, and building a cobblestone generator (using the ice and lava so thoughtfully provided) is basically required to expand. In the nether, there is only a tiny island of glowstone with a chest on it. No lava ANYWHERE.

I spent a good five hours on this map, and it's all ruined now  :'(

That single bucket of lava you get in the beginning is the ONLY bucket of lava in the entire world.

Granted. When you try to use them to sneak into a bank vault, the guards shoot you because a paper mask isn't gonna fool anyone.

I wish I had a dollar.

When it arrives, the Spy which was behind you all along stabs you.

My best friend's grandfather was laid to rest today. He was Buddhist, so the ceremony was very different compared to the other funerals I've attended.

Granted. It's run by an insane yaoi fanfic writer who constantly forces Mal to have sex with Jayne.

"It's no problem," Wash said. "If you can give me directions to Sanctuary, I'll swing by later. Right now I need to change clothes and get out of this suit for a little while."

(OOC: Gonna be afk for a couple of hours, will return later)
