Nope, every character starts at level 6 + 600 experience points (specifically for crafting I believe?) Under character creation in the op.

Maybe I'm not reading item creation rules properly, but wouldn't the kobold be below level 6 after creating such a thing? It seems like most (if not all) item creation feats have Exp costs as well as monetary.

I did not! I figured Into the Storm was all about including xenos characters and adding new items.

I've got a couple hundred xp left...maybe I'll add a Lineage or something.

It was about 950 tons. Not that it matters anymore.
