Technically still science: an official FEMA estimate on effects of full-scale nuclear war on USA, complete with geographical maps of nuclear explosions. Some places get, like, ultranuked, like New York or, for some reason, North Dakota.
* Sirus looks at California
I guess I'd be one of the ultranuked ._.

4128
"That would perhaps be wise." The construct looks at the ladder. "Query: Do you think this is how the Enemy got into the town last night?"

4129
In that case, after this map may we change effected PSs?
You may.

Are Gawen's Brave weapon skills affected?
Those are for very specific weapons rather than entire subcategories, so I'll allow those to remain unchanged. Sorta like CrimsonEon's builds around Devil weapons.

4130
Heads up, folks:

After this map I will be instituting some changes. I'm a rookie GM and I feel I've given a bit more leeway than is wise with some of your character builds. Ah well, live and learn.

First off: Subcat-based PSs will have their benefits halved, in order to compensate for being essentially always-on for many of you. Damage-boosting PSs will be dropped from +2 damage to +1, for example. If that isn't to your liking, you may of course change your PS to something else.

I will also be nerfing Ancient Gamble, though I'm not sure how yet. Thinking of reducing AS according to how much STR is used for the damage boost but it's still up in the air.

Poison damage will become a simple d6 roll rather than 2-6, mostly for convenience's sake.

There may be more in addition to these. Again however, these will not take effect until Chapter 2 starts.

4131
It looks pretty workable to me. Hopefully the next map will allow for a little less planning, but in a tense situation like this one we should probably avoid stepping on each other too much.

In my mind, the Wooden Sword needs significant nerfing. It's lighter than an Iron Sword, does more damage than most of the other E-rank swords, has obscene accuracy, and last but not least possesses the single best QL of any item in the game.

It seems a bit excessive to me. All it's missing is base crit, which isn't much of a downside at all when the vast majority of physical weapons lack base crit.
