* Sirus nukes Teneb from orbit, just to be sure

She's joking because Gilbert's mount is actually a mule. So it would be "muleback".

Unless that was supposed to be lewd. Your detector might be broken but mine has never worked to begin with :P

4533
Wow, harsh bro.

4534
Now c'mon, that's not fair. He could bond with Dale over bows, or Caius over healing. Or Eric over...something. I dunno.

just watch as Gilbert never supports with a single woman somehow

4535
* Sirus hits the big red SUPPORTS DENIED button!

nah just kidding :P

4536
P-12, hold.

Actually, basic Necron Warriors are completely free IIRC. The problem is that the more of them you have, the longer the build times take. This makes them somewhat weak against rushing since you can't just crank them out to defend against a sudden Ork horde.

: "Don't stress too much just yet, Luna. Try again."

Move to C-11, use Tactics on Luna!

It is pretty nice, being able to murder enemy squads from beyond their sight range with your basic infantry :D

Same here.

Ahhh, that was it. The meatbag was feeling inadequate after losing the strength competition (despite not being the only one to lose), and was now attempting to re-assert dominance by presenting a hostile attitude and overcharging for his product. Pitiful.

Another fleshling might have been intimidated into paying the inflated price in order to avoid trouble. Aloisturm felt only contempt.

"You have one more chance. Give me the proper price or I will take my business elsewhere."

4542
Lukas' smile slipped, just a little.

: "Well then. If any of you strangers aren't comfortable with fighting here, you should run now. The rest of us will buy time until real guards get here."

4543
: "Hmm, yes. I guess a couple of years on the lam didn't teach Burhardt much in the way of diplomacy. Let's see if we can try to stop a fight before it starts." Lukas abandoned his study of the Gates and approached the area where strangers and (oddly slovenly) guards faced off.

: "Gentlemen, please. I believe we may have gotten off on the wrong foot here. I am Inquisitor Thermopylae of the Mage's Academy, and these are some of my colleagues. May I ask you a few questions?"

4544
All of this about Cor and the Gates exploding was over Tio's head, in addition to being extremely troublesome ideas. He didn't know how the gates were supposed to look or how many people were supposed to be guarding them. After a moment he followed Lukas over and looked at the gates too, though he didn't think he would figure much out.

"...Can you see anything wrong with them?"
After a moment of hesitation, Lukas answered the royal birdman.

: "The magic that surrounds them seems to be slightly more active than it's supposed to be. Other than that?" The mage spread his hands. "I'm afraid I'm not enough of an expert to tell. I don't even know what could be causing it. Assuming we don't all die in the next few minutes, perhaps I can figure it out."

4545
Lukas checked on the Gates, looking for anything unusual. He hoped that there wasn't anything wrong; the world did not need a second Cor.
