Thinking about it
The double-u-tee-eff thread
Is perfect for this

Not getting enough sun is rare due to school being largely outside (a bunch of rooms with most walking space is outside) and the fact that the sun in New Zealand is like ALWAYS HERE. Either that, or it's raining. It's not *hot*, we just have one of the highest rates of sunburn, I think.
That's... Weird. Your school is mostly OUTSIDE?
Yeah. There's blocks of rooms, and outside paths between all of them. There's trees n shit pretty much everywhere too.
This is pretty common for schools in my area, from elementary all the way up to college. It's nice! Sure, you get a little wet if it's raining, but you get some fresh air between classes and there's plenty of room to hang out during lunch breaks. It's also almost impossible to avoid getting at least a little sunlight.

You don't gain access to multi-lobby (and presumably, multiplayer) until a bit into the Time Patrols.

Try again once you see player-created characters (with yellow, often uncreative, names) populating Conton.

So you lost most of your powers and will be introduced to yourself?

5405
...did you remake your hero from the last game? Boy, that'll get confusing quickly...

I'm pretty sure the egg-girl is a toohoo. I assume she's trying to hatch the egg.

Pro tip: If you see NPC Time Patrollers during your missions, always always check their levels before challenging them. I didn't do this, and got my level 12 rear kicked by three level 30-something dudes in a one-star PQ. I knocked one out and did some damage to the other two, but they were way too strong for me.

Hmm, the game seems to have some stability issues. I've had it lock up on me twice now, both times in-battle. Nothing in particular seemed to be triggering the crashes, ie not certain attacks or too many beams on-screen or anything like that. It's odd.

On the happier side of things, I've discovered that both Raditz and Nappa are trainers now. So, if you've ever wanted to kick their asses as they teach you their techniques...

Are we talking semantics here? Technically, no one "needs" DLC. The entire point of DLC is optional stuff that you pay extra for, like ye olde expansion packs.

But you don't need the DLC unless you want Wars in Heaven. IIRC, Fallen Empires can wake up regardless.

Well, aside from the possibility of Awakened Empires going to war with each other, the changes to Fallen Empires were in a free update, so...

What "broken content" are they charging for, exactly...?

So...on the one hand, it's kinda nice to have an over-arching villain in a series where every other villain either dies or joins the good guys (and in either case rapidly becomes irrelevant, with the exception of Vegeta (so far)).

On the other hand, Towa's a bit bland aside from the time-shenanigan shtick.

5414
Isn't Towa also in Dragon Ball online, which takes place a couple hundred years after Xenoverse?

It's been raining allllll day today.
Even better, my rain jacket has been doing an admirable job of keeping me relatively dry.
