((No disable device here, either.

On the bright side, I can repair just about anything from level 1 (useful if your gun breaks) and once we hit level 5 I can gain the ability to craft all sorts of magical/psionic goodies.))

Careful you don't end up the plot victim of contrived disaster scenarios with a runaway freight train.
you aren't helping

@BorkBork: I've disclosed nothing about my start point, end point, route, or cargo, so...
Hazmat is everywhere on the road. As long as you aren't sharing out specific details it really isn't an issue.

((I'll probably be able to craft magical locks at level 5 or so, but I dunno about disabling. It's also two levels longer than simply shooting it off :P ))

Aloisturm pondered that for a moment, then nodded. "Very well. Thank you for the sparring match."

The construct returned to "Master", already plotting.

I'll sign on as an astropath, assuming there's non-combat stuff to do. Had a ton of fun as one in a previous campaign, but it was short, mostly involving combat, and I barely got to use any of the fancy telepathy skills I spent literally thousands of XP developing. As a result, when the final boss suddenly showed up, it was a bit of a struggle. If I had known how the campaign would go, I would have built my character far differently.

When a word in the image in question was one of the words that caused a recent ban...the ban that Tack was directly referencing...yeah.

I guess I'm not all that surprised, personally. It was a loaded word in this context.

Now I am picturing some poor pizza delivery person rushing to intercept you as you drive across the country, and it is beautiful.
Thanks for the good laugh :D

@Sirus
Seems like you'd remember?  Because like... how does that even work?  You park near a street address and give instructions?
Nah, I guess you probably park at a rest stop or on/off ramp and give instructions... still.
The first one, kinda. I'm parked at a business, but it's a big property and the truck lot is kinda out of the way, so I gave directions.

Sheesh, I can't remember the last time I had to get food delivered directly to my truck.

Not sure it's ever happened before, come to think of it.

Unless you want to cook a large amount of meat or do some serious baking, toaster ovens can do pretty much anything a full-sized conventional oven can do. Along with toaster duties, of course.

I might be willing to believe the second one, but the first one sounds perilously like bull. Even if you were to rig a power outlet to detect information, what would it receive? Data isn't sent through power cords in either direction.

I dreamed about boring a hole through the very top of someone's skull and pouring some kind of acidic compound into the hole, then quizzing and examining the unfortunate person as their brain slowly broke down.

Maybe I was a mad scientist or a torturer in a past life. It's hardly the first dream involving cruel and unusual murder I've had.
