I'm a slow drinker most of the time
There's your problem! If you're not drinking fast enough to finish a .5 bottle before it goes stale, you're wasting beer.
That's not a problem, I don't drink beer :P

Considered trying some a number of times, but each time it seems I'd rather have some sort of hard cider or a mixed drink. Or nothing. Especially at sporting events or concerts where the beer is stupid expensive.

Alcohol seems to kick in pretty quickly for me; I start to feel flushed usually before I finish my first drink (admittedly, I'm a slow drinker most of the time). On the other hand, I usually limit myself to a single drink on each occasion and I always make sure to have food with it.

I don't get habitual drunks either.

I feel like a huge prude today.

I like to listen to audiobooks while I drive, and I started a new one today. Now, I don't generally have a problem with sexual content in my media, but I'm not sure it was necessary to know exactly how aroused this dude was or what he was doing whilst giving and receiving fellatio. Next time I'm checking the reviews and possible content warnings a little more closely, because this really isn't appropriate for listening material at work and I'm not a huge fan of semi-erotica anyway.

No argument there, I guess.

You know, it just clicked for me but the policy of organ harvesting in the PRC suddenly looks like a terrible idea even from a pragmatic standard. You're taking them from people with a greater likelihood of drug abuse and disease.

I wonder how well that's checked for...
Heh. I just finished World War Z the other day and this struck a chord.

How about pancakes or waffles?

Could also use eggs for frying things.

I've been very happy in a localized way recently, with global warming.
Best late summer I've had in years. Temperatures close to 30C (86F) still. About 10C more than normal for this time of year. And we've had this glorious summer weather for a nearly uninterrupted 4 months.
oh god why no please no too hot
That's not hot at all though  ???
Warm, sure, but at least it isn't triple digits during the day and 90+ at night.

Depends on what you consider "starting", I guess. Once found a pre-FTL civilization with a space station over its homeworld. It had a power of 6.

Both of those are true. Even with ME1's muddy graphics it seemed pretty obvious to me.

still loved the meme involving her ME2 faceplate removal though

Am indeed on the road, and disliking it  :P

I'm hoping to finish the update in progress this weekend.

I'm pretty sure that all we knew about quarians in ME1 was that they were mammals. Being rodent-like was just a fan theory IIRC.

I was kinda busy and distracted over the holiday weekend, and now I'm stuck on the road again :/

I got an update started, but it isn't done and I'm not in a position to post it anyway.

Flush with victory (and gold), Master Meatbag ushers "his" construct towards the unarmed combat demonstration.

((Was there a prize for the strength contest?))

Congrats on dying and then getting better. Most folks just do the first half.
