Isn't that the one where the main character has god-like power and every girl is in love with him for the most mundane things? Those seem to be the two most common complaints about it I've heard.

Charging down the stairs while bound with a ball and chain?
Apparently! It's the only reason I can think of that would explain how walking down a staircase results in getting brained with an iron ball attached to your leg.

Dude, size matters less than what you can do with it. Remember that Viral (the nerd you mentioned) was dominating the fight against Kamina with his little cleaver/sword.

After being cursed with a ball and chain, I tried to go down some stairs. The ball fell on my head and killed me - apparently my character charges full-speed down stairs instead of, y'know, walking like a normal person.

Nethack. I am so terrible at this game despite abusing mechanics spoilers.

Actually, I think more people should fight with cleaver/swords. Way more identifiable (and thus, awesome) than Yet Another Katana.
