I don't want to beat a dead horse (unless Oscar is on it, heh), but I think it says something about Ursa's terrible luck that despite massive growths in HP and STR (80% and 70% respectively) and gaining large amounts of both with each promotion, he is JUST NOW capping STR and cannot cap HP at all unless we go over level 20 or he uses some HP-boosters.
