Isn't oni more of a generic "big monster" thing? Seems more appropriate to translate it as whatever it most resembles in a given setting. Usually an ogre, but whatever.

Troll is too mutated from its original meaning to apply anymore except inside academic circles.
Or on the internet.
Or fishing.

Again, I don't have the rulebooks so I can't look up anything about aptitudes or whatever <_<;

Guess I'll wait for the next xp gain.

Since I still don't have any of the rulebooks for 2e, someone tell me: how many XP points are needed for Leap Up? I have 150xp currently.

Simple, really. You touched on it yourself: On Casual you can't lose people; even if someone goes down they're back at the end of the map. Tactics don't matter, really.

On Classic, folks die for good. You need to play smart. If someone dies you can either push on, or refuse to accept your failure and try again. In the process you get better at playing the game because you learn how to identify potential dangers ahead of time.

Fuuuuuuu
Well, no you don't have the worst FEF update speed in the universe. That honor jointly belongs to GUNIN and Powder Miner.

I think Jasmine is cursed - all three of her FEFs have died just a little way in :X

Why don't you just drive around while waiting?
Because that's not transporting anything
Plus I'm waiting in what is basically the middle of nowhere. There's no place I can drive to :P

: "A wonderful performance, milady. Thank you." Oddly enough, the cavalier did feel refreshed by watching the dance. He used the boost of energy to sally forth once again!

G-11 and stab ze Bandit?

Fezz senses tingling...but with Matilda somehow risen from the grave and almost everyone clustered down south, Sheila needed help right now.

: "This time we can let Preacher burn her. That oughta keep her from coming back again!"
Grifen moves to (20,12) and drops Renault on (20,11).

Harlan was unable to steal anyone's luck today ;_;

Elodie, who is listening to her com-bead trying vainly to figure out just what in the 29 levels of hell is going on inside, gives the newcomer a once-over.

"You could say that. The rest of the group is in the manse and things don't sound as if they are going well for Guljian."

Sixty. Six. Facking. Hours.

That's how many hours I worked this past week. Average of 11 per day in other words. Problem is that nearly a third of those hours were unpaid waiting times, so my paycheck will not be worth anywhere near 66 hours' worth.
Have you considered that that might be illegal?  Like I don't know and its probably immaterial anyway, but... I dunno, sounds vaguely illegal.

It isn't. It's scummy but it's legal.
Pretty much this. I get paid by the mile, like many (most?) truckers. If I'm not driving, the company is under no obligation to pay me. It's not great but it's nothing I can do anything about...other than, you know, looking for a new job :P
