Plot?And most of the party will be underleveled in a chapter or two?
Honestly people if you believe I made this to murder you rest assured that it is just plot reasons and all will be fine in a chapter or two ;v
My older brother drives a semi truck for his company every now and again. The other day while driving a semi loaded with 80,000 pounds on the interstate, going 60 Miles an hour, a large RV in front of him started to slam on their brakes. Now, the problem with semi's is that they don't really break all that easily, especially with big loads. He looked to see if he could pull into the left lane, and saw cars blocking his way. So he decided to pull onto the shoulder. This would have been fine if it weren't for the RV also pulling onto the shoulder at the exact same time. So my brother had to pull off the road entirely. In doing so, he flipped the semi. The cab ended up fairly well crushed, seeming to imply that there was not much of a chance of anyone getting out alright. My brother stepped out of that semi with one long scratch on his back. And that was it. The RV that held two families in front of him apparently braked for a dog on the road. The fact that he walked out of there just fine was something that made me pretty damn happy.Was the entire tractor-trailer-load combo 80,000 pounds, or just the load itself? Because if the latter, holy crap but that's heavy o_o
Having seatbelts on a motorcycle seems more dangerous than not having them, to me.Occasionally I actually see a rider that has proper clothing and a helmet, and let out a little cheer of appreciation. It's like seeing someone that uses their goddamn blinker and passes at a reasonable distance instead of tailgating first.Oh US, you so silly~
Around here that sort of protective gear is mandated by the state, just like seatbelts. I guess it's kidney freedom vs kidney solidarity.
