After excusing herself from her bump against Fer, Amberly sat down on a nearby crate until the...landsickness?... could pass. After some time she realized that there was a commotion on the ship's deck, and she got up to investigate. The nun found two women and a wyvern darting all over the place.

: "What on earth is going on here?"

It's still really fucking creepy that people are weirded out by people being one half of the human race rather than the other (barring our resident non-gendered folk. That at least is rare enough to be novel.)

It still really pisses me off when folks automatically assume some form of discomfort over the revelation of another's gender instead of a simple "whoops, my bad".
