Jasmine lowered her voice to a whisper.

: "I won't be much help in taking on the pig, I'm afraid. I'll hit the mooks as soon as you guys move."

Move to E-9, use a vulnerary.

Fezz is a historian and an adventurer-archaeologist. Know who else was those things? Indiana Jones. Therefore Fezz is like Indiana Jones, and therefore gets my vote.

Or he could slowly become corrupted until he starts using ailment staffs on civilians and another rebellion forms. Just saying, with his recent character development I would be very hesitant to put him on the throne.

Dark Messiah of Might and Magic.

Also known as the kicking simulator. Booting enemies makes them stagger a little, unless they're by a ledge, fire or spikes in which case they go hurtling back like you hit them with a wrecking ball.

The combat is unbalanced, the story is laughable and the plot twists are both predictable and cliché. The demon mode is atrociously weak, and it ends up fighting undead in crypts a lot, with none of the foot based combat that made it fun.

But god damn it, kicking blackguards and watching them sail backwards into spikes is so damn fun. The level up system rewarded you for completing objectives rather than killing so stealth was valid  kinda pretty too at times fighting through ramshackle huts built into the sides of an islands cliffs.
I really need to get around to beating that game sometime. Combat might have been ludicrously unbalanced but it was almost all fun. I liked how the enemies would start limping as they got more injured and might even try to run away.

: "Why does everyone call me that lately?"

: "And yeah. I hear something...over there, maybe." She waved vaguely to the south and moved forward a little more, making sure not to stray too far from the group.

Grifen rides to (10,14) with her crossbow locked and loaded.

...and Candy is trying to become one with Efa.
oh my

I remember Chris doing that a lot, come to think of it.

Ursa marches to (21,13) and SMASHES DA DOOR!

Grifen got the uncomfortable impression that this wasn't a conversation she could be a part of. She moved on ahead, scouting.

Move on to (8,12).

: "Eh, cities ain't so bad. Better'n forests anyway."

9973
Grifen also waved to the saint.

: "I say plains, personally. Lots of wide-open space and less chance of gettin' ambushed."

9974
: "If it is deliberately trying to sting you, it is likely a wasp. Bees are, as I said, more docile and will only sting if threatened."

9975
Grifen looked around at the woods. The deep, dark woods. She shuddered.

: "Ehhh. Kinda prefer the plains. At least then ya got open sky above ya."

: "Anyway, I kinda expect it to be some old rusty thing, probably just made to look nice. Ain't a sword ya stab folks with, just a sign of how important y'are."
