DF Gameplay Questions / WTF Adamantine sword location?

I was on my way to link my Upright Spike traps with a lever (yeah, preparing Danger room) and when I was at the "choose a trap" menu this thing appeared:

Is that a bug? Hidden adamantine sword (trap)?

Two in-game years have passed and still no ambush. When are they supposed to come?

PD - Only two snatchers (caged snatchers now) tried to enter :( I thought it would be lot more difficult than normal maps.

Beyond that, things have been quiet here in this fortress, the resident dragon seems content to chill in his lair while we franticly build our fort and its defenses. If all goes well in the next year or two we'll have ourselves a pet dragon.

I have just started extracting Adamantine, and there are some wounded dwarfs in my fortress. I saw one of my suturers suturing with adamantine strands.
