Curses / Re: Ridiculous crime record?
« on: August 03, 2011, 07:15:57 pm »
There was this time when I was trying to make an army of child soldiers with the children I rescued from the factories, I did not use the kids for combat too much through, mostly because my leader's (death)squad was fully composed of badass gangsters and army veterans with P90 rifles (made them by messing up with XML thing) and every time I wanted something killed I just used them. My leader had hacked up more than 1900 kills and he also had a bunch of accounts of terrorism and treason, he got arrested while raiding the police HQ (but not before he had already killed over a hundred cops)  and he was judged in the same day one of my "child soldiers" (she was 9 years old) was being judged over two accounts of vandalism (that's it, the girl had only sprayed two walls and nothing else). I paid one of those 5000 dollars worth liberal lawyers to defend my leader and then he got out free and clean just like that, but when it was the girl's turn I just made the kid defend herself since she had a reasonably high charisma, but when the verdict came out... they send the girl straight to the chair…  :'(

Good thing those dumbshits had freed my leader (which was also my best terrorist/psychopath/spree murderer) so I could reform my deathsquad and raid the “re-education camp”, it took me less than a week to reorganize my liberals, strike the prison and liberate the girl, all that while killing more than a dozen of “educators” along the way. Neutralizing a total of 18 conservative tangos, rescuing the target and liberating many other random liberals from the conservative stronghold without taking a single casualty on our side, the operation was a success.  8)

Curses / Re: Cheat Engine 5.6 table of addresses for founder stats
« on: July 27, 2011, 08:50:06 pm »
can you be clearer about making it work im testing something yet cant get this damn thing to work.
Sure, all you have to do is start a new game (I could not manage to make it work with old saves, but I believe it is possible if you manage to find one of your founder's stats using CE) and stop at the screen were you choose your founder's gender and name (the one before the questions), when that screen shows up you should use cheat engine to open the "crimesquad" process and load the table you downloaded (if you put the file inside the directory where you installed cheat engine it should load the table automatically). Now you should have a list of addresses that, however, does not correspond correctly to your founder stats. Now you have to find one the addresses of your founder stats (a correct one, not the ones that came in the table), I suggest you try a search for your founder's charisma value, since you stopped creating your new game at the screen where you choose your founder's gender and name, your charisma should be 4, so start a search for 4, once you get the results you go back to the game and proceed to the first question (the one where you choose the day where you where born) and choose the option "E", that should increase your charisma to 6, so get back to cheat engine and make a search for 6 inside the addresses you searched previously, you should now have only one address left and that's your founder's charisma. Now all you have to do is go to the table of addresses I provided you and find the line that corresponds to charisma, right click this line, click on "recalculate all addresses", click the change to address tab, insert the correct address for the charisma value of founder you found earlier and click on OK. That's it, now you have all your founder values and are free to set then to whatever you like.

http://www.4shared.com/file/oSRbCXOm/crimesquad.html

That Cheat Engine's table of values I uploaded over there contain the addresses for all of your founder/leader stats (including skills and juice) for 4.04 version of LCS, it's for those who want to cheat but don't know how to program. If the values in the table do not correspond to your founder values all you have to do is find the address of one the stats of your founder (charisma, for example) and then go to the table of addresses right click the stat for which the address you found, go for "recalculate all addresses" and then insert the address you found.

Curses / Other games like LCS?
« on: July 08, 2011, 10:13:46 pm »
Hi everybody. So, I was wondering, are there any other games out there that are anything at all like LCS? I mean strategy/tactical/rpg games where you can assembly a bunch guerrilla squads and order them to go about killing people and causing general mayhem in a urban setting.

Curses / Re: Easier to make fun of liberals
« on: June 15, 2011, 02:53:09 pm »
Liberals are the more utopistic sort, really. They want a system that works for everybody and have a lot of ideas for implementing these systems, but may lack realism. Conservatives are almost the opposite - they acknowledge the flaws of the current systems and may work to limit them, but believe that pursuing an utopia with design flaws is worse than tolerating the current, bearable system. Tone both up a notch and you get Elite Liberals who are going to extremes to ensure that their utopia will happen, and Arch Conservatives who are going to extremes to ensure that their country remains secure from such silly troublemakers.

Yeah, cause universal healthcare is impossible, but wars that consume trillions of dollars are easy to make.

I think it would be cool if you could choose which enemies you attack at every turn.

I don't quite get your point, but it certainly is easier to make lighthearted fun stuff about Elite Liberal animal rights and gay empowerment than it's easy to make fun of Conservative death penalty and gun control (or lack of...).

Unless you're good with dark humor.

Another way, taking much less time but being much riskier, is having your Liberals get arrested and tried. Have a sleeper judge or two, a sleeper lawyer with good skill and hope for the best. However, if your squad includes enlightened (kidnapped and so on) people, they'll leave the squad before trial and you can't get them back.

Their main use is to look cool with a trenchcoat so you can pretend you are Wesley Snipes slashing the limbs out of conservative vampires 8)

Plus you used to be able to bifurcate tanks with them, which  was sweet
Used to? That feature sounds so awesome, why was it removed?

I would love to have you plus your a fresh face  :D you upload your save to a website where i could download it like (megaupload) or (mediashare) then you send me the link and ill pass it on to the next player

I think "Education" would work because conservatives are all a bunch of dumbshits and learning just a little of Geography and History is enough to wash conservatism away.  :P
