Roll To Dodge / Re: Super-RtD: Powers for Justice, Profit, or Fun

((I understand where the confusion is coming from, when I designed the character I was thinking more along the lines of full shapeshifting, like into various animals etc.  But then when it came to get my powers it seems I went full Prototype, which makes my surname quite ironic :S (I actually ran out of ideas for a surname and based it off one of my friends)  Trust me, it was not my intention to end up very similar to an existing character.  Also, WHAT IS IT WITH ME AND BAD ROLLS!?))

Blast spikes out in all directions to prevent trapping, then hit him in the head with my club arm.

((Also, if the name is causing confusion I will happily change it))

"Hmm, I like the sound of Fate's Blades....  That takes my vote."

"The Red Guard does seem like the best choice.  As for the rest, I do not mind, as long as it is resolved quickly"

Explore the city, and try and find more information on the Red Guard

Name: Danath Fenrik
Primary Skill: Animism (wolf) - start with an enchanted amulet that can call forth the spirit of a wolf  (Probably too powerful)
Secondary Skill: Spears
Physical Description: medium height, with (relatively) long, shaggy black hair.  Tanned skin, with a relatively plain face.  Very wild appearance.  Quite gangly.  Prefers to wear subdued colours, and clothing that allows easy movement.
Mental Description: He is very suspicious of strangers, though he is incredibly loyal to those he trusts.  Has a very sharp mind, allowing him to solve problems with ease, though not the best imagination.  Due to his early experiences, he has a deep seated fear of spiders and their ilk.
Bio: Danath was once part of a group of animists living in the calm coasts.  They took inspiration and guidance from the ways of the wolf, and drew strength from it.  One day, a great beast from the twisted forest managed to sneak up on their camp, a twisted creature with a body like a spider, but a head shaped like a man with a gruesome face and great horns growing from his head.  The beast slaughtered Danath's kin, but before it could slay him a group of passing adventurers drove it off, with flame and steel.  From them he learned of a place where he could be safe, a great walled fortress known as Haven.  So with no other option remaining to him, he decided to follow the adventurers back to Haven, pausing only to take the wolf amulet from his father's body, which was a relic passed down through his family.
Many years have passed since that day, and Haven has become Danath's home, a home that deserves protecting.  And to that end, he decided to become and adventurer, and help keep his city safe.

Lokk-Agar grimaced at the pricing, and decided against the purchases, as there is no point wasting money on a cheap thermal visor that isn't going to be any good.  He decided to change tactic, and do a different search, but before that he needed to figure out how to change the damn voice.

Change the voice settings on the disk to Katt.  If that is just as annoying as Kwaa, turn them off.  Afterwards search the market for a compact SMG, preferably with a laser sight and a foregrip.  If I have another action, search for some remotely detonated explosives.

Once out of the building, Lokk-Agar looks over the disk he was given, testing out it's features.  He presses the red button, putting it into headset mode, and puts it on.  He then brings up the heads-up display using the button on the side, and promptly uses it to locate the nearest pub.

Head to the nearest pub, get drunk.  While drinking, use disk to examine the prices for a thermal visor and a set of smoke grenades.

Lokk-Agar began to chuckle.  It was an ugly, guttural sound.

"No need to worry my dear, 'I' won't be going anywhere.  You can be sure of that." He shifted his body slightly as he spoke, casually revealing the serrated blade at his hip.

"oh, there is no need to be concerned, we'll be fine.  We may even have time at the end to collect your bloody corpses from whatever alley they've been dumped in, to give them a proper burial."

((what is it with me and bad rolls?  :P ))

Kyle ignores the help and gets back on his feet on his own.  He then faces the smelly evil-doer "I saw you rob that hardware store! how dare you take what rightfully belongs to someone else!"

Confront the 'fragrant' evil-doer

....sod it, a smelly man robbing a store will have to do!

confront the man, using powers to morph my arm into something (relatively) non-lethal, just in case.

"Please let me know if the target of our little assassination should come anywhere near the facility, if he does maybe I can deal with him as a bonus."
"Keep dreaming, sunshine.  If that target comes anywhere near the facility, he'll be dead with my blade between his shoulders before you even set eyes on him."

(sorry I haven't posted for a while, I was out all day)

"Though I hate to agree with some of you... people, the breaking and entering job sounds simple enough, and it's decent pay to boot.  I would also suggest keeping the team together for now to see how well we manage to operate together as a group, though judging by that little display..." Lokk-Agar stares pointedly at Zbax "...the chances of us working as a team seem slim, at best."

Lokk-Agar leans against the wall, far enough away so that he can get a good look at the other sellswords, but not so far away as to draw undue attention to himself, and positioned in such a way so that he doesn't have to look at the damn television.
Casually examine the others in the room for vulnerabilities.  Just in case.
Also take a candy, because everyone loves candy.
