I'm just generally stuck on understanding some of the stuff and was wondering if there was something I could do to help me understand some of the concepts, rather than just practicing stuff I don't understand then forgetting it?
There is stuff you can do to help you understand some of the concepts. Either you simply Google for those concepts, or you tell us the names of the concepts (as well as some example problems using it) and we'll try our best to help you understand it.

I've been trying to go through my textbooks/class notes and using a maths site so far but I'm still not 100% there. I'll keep going through all the content we've covered and try some more, and I'll come back and ask if there is still stuff I don't fully understand.

Think I'll start with building them down in the magma layers and letting them do all the work hauling, it's not like many of my forts really get anywhere at the moment anyway!

Evening all,

I was thinking it's probably not too much more difficult to dig down and get the metal industry started up using magma instead of getting a coal one going first... But which is the easiest way to design it, bring the magma up to the fort, or just put the forges down with the magma and have them haul stuff up to the fort? Or any other way that's the easiest?

Ive frequently gotten things like that. Hell earlier I had a towns own priest was a vampire that defiled the temple itself. Poor sods were terrified.

My game must be boring, all I get is this is him, he has killed a few people, we would like him dead. I must travel to more interesting places...

I never get anything as interesting as that... Pretty dramatic stuff, certainly better than Eastenders!

I can't be the only one who finds that extraordinarily hard to read though  :-\

Oh yes I get the quest one on the compass, but it still doesn't tell me where the keep is etc :( I'm guessing I need to ask around

Edit: Well I see the symbols on the compass but I have NO clue what any of them mean! Nothing on the wiki I can find to help :(

I don't know how to use the compass or what it means, what to look for, how to get there etc... I probably need a full explanation, sorry!

I still literally have no idea where to find it, comes up sewer entrance in the map menu, but doesn't tell me where, and I have no idea where to look!  :-[

Thanks, I have no idea where to find those in each town though! :p  I'll check the wiki and see if that helps

Edit: Right the keep is in the centre of the town, should have known that... Where do I find churches/shrines???
