With the lack of gates, It noticed that there was only them and the paladins of Life with the Shard.

It rested...after having been acquainted by all paladins present, and after exchanging several deep sentimentalities with them about the meaning of Life and Thought, while still sitting on the Shard.

The Goddess of Thought stayed in their realm--still sitting on the corrupted shard of corrupted life, making acquaintances and exchanging information with the creations of a fellow deity that moved to cleanse the thing. With natural gates flowing aplenty nearby, and with the power surges from the thing itself, the thought goddess decided to use an opportunity as the gates twinkled into being a world made by one of the newer elemental gods.

It pointed at one of the gates at it moved into perspective, striking the world of Elt with an idea, and connected those beings with the domain of thought...knowing that they were a mirror precursor if it came to being the least, yet also with potential to support the most.

It drew upon time, chaos, creation, and balance. It saw beyond the basic world and of the many variations of existence that was, that could, that have been, and that may presently be. It noticed what was present on the world, and what could be sustained. It saw how limited power would be if spent on only one group of organisms, and how much more was flowing in the rivers of thought that could exist.

It breathed, and spoke onto the world of Elt the words synchronous to life, and greeted their fellow deity as equals and as siblings. Life would form as the most minor, but most supportive, of all life that may be.

Rest on that corrupted shard :V

5P to creating Many Species of T1 creatures.

"I was thinking, there are just 3 folks seemingly left here and are just watching us from there. Does anyone think they get nervous after seeing everyone else get handily downed? I've been thinking of how to thank our local merchant for keeping our logistics safe and all."

"The Godstones are visible, exposed, and something the people can look onto whenever they wish, wherever they are, whenever possible. It's both a landmark and a sign that we are there for them, and that goes far beyond direct utility."

Iyiania put three coins on the table bearing her emblem. All 3E(?) into investing into the monument.

"I will message my champion to call the others. The monument, if you both choose to go forward with it, will be made by us, but with simple preparations from the people that they have a hand in this and know it came not from nowhere. It is not seemingly obvious that we were guiding them when they landed here in the first place. Curse that storm." The last sentence was to the Great Wrench's mention of ships being 'barely enough to make it.' "Nevertheless, whatever caused that storm was no natural design.

"Contacting our champions does cost power though--unlike when we had first done so, although when we do this, they will be easily made aware. I'm putting all in on this triumvirate of a monument. It shall span neutral, mutual, ground between us, or be the heart of the city which shall focus on agriculture and industry combined, and it requires physical presence to be of interaction. It shall confer its effects for the distance of a mile or so, and be powerful enough to emphasize each tenet of our presence in working. What are your thoughts?"

D.
Everything else looks cool but perhaps people may forget the folks running that background for that coolness :P

Also let's get a concise name and mundane or likewise appearance. Yay common person!

I’ll pee the woman.
You know I read THIS instead. Also I'm extemely rusty after having gotten a job and trying to live (and also being very sorry about many things in the far flung past towards people who in my own perspective I believe I've hurt a lot!)

[...]there’s a possible third option: we create some kind of artifact - maybe even a monument of some sort - that generates food. Hells, maybe with the same kind of power needed for the magic season, we could make one that causes it to be perpetually spring or something in a wide radius around it, in addition to the food production.

To sum it all up, we can essentially just give them food, give them food while investing in the mortals’ faith, or invest in food and to a lesser degree in faith. So, what are your opinions?

"When I had met The Great Wrench, a recollection of woes and ideas hit me--both good and bad, from the Old World. When my peoples made landfall, we all vowed to make anews. The freshness of the airs, and the lack of distinct subtleties and nuances were present; everybody was equal, even in meeting the Gremlin and the Catfolk. Everyone was equal in survival, and I had put effort into ensuring people remembered that into their culture.

"I had planned to seed the thoughts of worship and order--built upon the empathy inherent to all, and never to blind, but to guide, even for those who may not want to believe--for the rest of my time. That monument is indeed something I will fully support. Besides that, what use is a third of our power in these trying times? Also something to please take care of the smoke...it is very unrefined and does go against my people's wishes."

Iyiania expounded. Making animals or seasonal protection would be a short-term boon, but a long-term defeat, as their powers were more tailored to permanence than temporariness at this stage of development. She mentioned she was willing to invest fully into this endeavor (and that they had 2 more actions anyway if this was the course to be taken).

"If we are to make a monument, I would lovingly like to call them "God Stones", each bearing our distinct image, our tenets, and basically being immovable. Much like my promise to my people, I would also like that to be neutral ground; I hardly envision any intent or malice between us, but the motion of neutrality is more for our people and any intrusive or idyll thoughts they deal with. We do not want Winter to overcome us, and being a beacon of warmth in the cold will drawn attention that may be unwanted in this unknown land--we need only empower and satisfy that which is difficult to do so. Food, and warmth; something to help us ease ourselves and acclimatize faster. Our peoples are innovative. We may just as easily transform this into a beneficial tradition that would not meander into coveted intentions. And not just for us--if the catfolk are any indication--there are more than just us here from the Old World."
Iyiania gestured like a storyteller, with the eye on her hand looking elsewhere towards the outside.
"If there are other deities, that means there may be curses and foul magics not wielded in control like ours. Alongside that, some manner of stability will benefit anyone, especially the gremlins...given their knack for nick-knacks, innovation, machines, and tinkering. This stability would also move towards the weather and the lands, stretching as far as this city and more (1 mile), stopping the harshness of winter (or storm) but keeping it in balance that the local fauna still may act in accordance with how they are used to winter. The seas would be calmer and unfrosted, that we could fish much easier despite fishing being a main food source during these seasons. That sense of stability would also help governance or at least the propagation of food for our peoples, and alleviating any dissent when times become harsh. Stability for magic practice, worship rituals, communication, diffusing tension, focusing on tasks...the possibilities are endless, and progressive."

"So nice of you guys to attack everyone but the opponents wielding thunder magic."
"Sorry! I can't do that well, like water versus oil unless stirred very well. I don't even know how to use any weapon that any of you whack them with!"

Aura looks at Seraphim being the antithesis of her words and cheered them onwards with a few cantrips of her own.
"Go, armored buddy!"
And then noticed everything was all clear other than what seemed to be other figures down the road. "What's the plan?"

She ignored the inquisitor that was standing there as their allies got knocked down, and instead went to check out that nearby building!

Maybe it's me finally getting a reference (thanks to people more in the know with wholesome memes and good comment sections to explain them) but I like the subtext with the latest 69 page because of finally understanding it despite that thing being part of Millennial culture? o_O

Also I love how the comments here talk about health and musculature. Pretty great to see that instead of stereotypes being hurled around.

A hooded woman dressed in commoner clothing passes by and looks at both of you with a smile, while resting her traveling staff on a nearby wall.
"What can I get you fine fellows? Rare to see travelers come by here."
She nods at both The Great Wrench and Acter before placing down her hood and gesturing to both of them. There was a symbolic eye on her hand.
"Better yet, it is rare to be able to meet safely with the leaders of others this Winter. You are always welcome when you wish, and nobody around will disturb us in such places as these.

"I've been feeling greater plans thought about. Let's call this meeting to a start, shall we?"

The cacophony of celebration in the tavern made their voices clearly inaudible, and Iyiania made sure that there were no eavesdroppers. She had mentioned last Fall that she planned to protect against the ravages of Winter...but given the sudden appearance of another sailing fleet, and the deity of the Gremlins themselves, things had great potential to be better, and she was willing to participate in full.

Preoffer my 3(?) E for a combined effect this season.

I'm down for Ghost Mafia if NQT wants to run that
It's been a long time since I've played Mafia and learned and grown a lot since then (And I feel utterly horrible if I caused anyone harm!)
I'd be totally up for this too!
