Emotions charged, but supressed, Sophia finally lets all of it explode out.

"Enough! You think that by keeping us here, you'll keep us safe?! No! We'll become self-reliant over people like you! Manipulators like you is what made me flee from my camping trip! My mother would always decide for me! What do I get? Nothing! I left and ran away, thinking it was a nice idea! And to top it off, we get trapped down here, with you actively trying to stop us!

I... I didn't deserve any of this! You will NOT keep us trapped here, and I WILL see to that myself, even if..."

Her voice trails; body quivering in fear and anger...

"...even if... I will have to resort to fighting!"

* Fight.

"How else can you handle it out there? If you can't fight... you will die. It's kill or be killed."
(("I can't believe you're all so STUPID, my children."))

((shit shit shit))

I am slowly realizing that a lot of things in life is rapidly becoming boring, banal, and very much taken seriously with hateful spite.

And I am slowly becoming hateful myself.

((Also, if anybody else wants to play, they can play as monsters or whatever, just not really main characters. Just not too many, since it will get crowded - Nomad))

Lazarus looks for one of those history books that was mentioned earlier.

"Psst... hey! What's your name? I noticed you spoke earlier to Laykos. I never got to introduce myself to you. The name's Sophia."

Sophia expresses a friendly smile - albeit conveying enough sorrow to be conscious of their situation.

"I have a plan."

"Alright..."

Defeated, Sophia plaintively accepts Laykos' offer. She has plans, however, to make it outside and past Miss Laykos. What could be so dangerous outside, she keeps rationalizing to herself. Flowey was a freak accident. Flowey was a freak accident. Flowey was not the typical monster in the caves.

"A-alright." As he walks back to the house, he whispers to Sophia, "Don't worry, we'll figure something out."

"I also had a plan in mind."

She whispers her plans to Alvin.

"Alright... I want you to listen to me properly, Alvin.
We're going to go out when she's sleeping. She wouldn't know..."

"If all goes well, this is just a bad dream and we'll all wake up with our families. If it doesn't, we'll have to make it outside while she's asleep. There is no way to convince the fox.
"

I... I just hope we wouldn't find any more adversaries. I do not trust this fox ONE BIT.

"But Miss Laykos, the cave is far too small for us... we want to know what's beyond the place. Our parents would NEVER not let us go around places!"

"And... there's nothing the three of us can't handle...! Heh..."

Sophia's face fakes bravado, but is very obvious that she didn't really mean what she said. After all, Flowey did manage to trick the children into quite possibly what could have been a slow, painful death they didn't deserve. Try as she might, her emotions have become unbearable again, and tears begin welling up her eyes, almost pleading Laykos to let them go - to explore; find a way back home.

"I... I need to go..."

Sophia was trying to cook up a flimsy excuse. Fortunately, an idea popped out of her head.

"F-For familiarity purposes! Of course...! Ehehe... Wouldn't you want to tour us around, Miss Laykos?"

I'm just gonna make this more free form. Anyone can submit and new turns will begin at my convenience. If something wont work it will show up in a post similar to the one bellow.

ERROR:
Plump helmet mancy: You can't make inanimate objects into living creatures. (DwarfHack may have a script for it, but I don't use DH)
Etherbloom: Can you be more specific? Right now you have a cloud that makes you generally better at everything and also gives you magic. Can you give it a specific spell or something?

Etherbloom is intended to make things more screwy and better at the same time.

With how interactions work, "Dwarves" would be randomly throwing fireballs or whatnot everywhere, to which they don't even get the immunity for casting the spells.

As for the spells... just adapt any from the interactions list, as applicable...

Or if not, I, the Shining Trapezohedron, will summon the wills from all of the other alternate universes to conjure:

Semi-Megabeast: Strange Orb

A perfect sphere consisting of its plating, a crystal core, and a single hidden tool component with which it uses to attack. It is perfectly intangible, which means it cannot be affected by any attacks (passes through; not bounces, unless creative). It attacks by sucking the blood of its foes with its hidden tool component made of a strong steel-like material.

Back in the house, Sophia dropped all pretense of bravery, and asked Laykos for a tour around the entire area.

Is there anywhere we can go to from here? I... I don't think I'd like to be stuck here in this house all day...

The thought is painful. She grimaces.

In other news, Meph (Masterwork) got robbed by a Lebanese (Syrian?) "Soldier" off where he took camp during his biking world tour. While no life was lost, he did lose his 2TB Hard Drive containing all of his trip's pictures, as well as various very valuable gear. Support a Bay12er in need over here.

"It's okay, I've been there. Cry until you can no longer shed a tear, and then, let's go."

Her cracking, fearful voice due to the situation beset to them betrays her intention to at least cheer the boy up... but knowing that without each other, they won't be able to do anything, she tries her hardest to cancel her own emotions, and reaches out a hand to Alvin.

"I'm Sophia. We're going to find our way back home, I promise. Now, shall we go back and find the other boy? So far... he's the only one who hasn't freaked out as much..."

"C'mon, s-she can't be that bad... I-I mean, she did SAVE us...!"

Albeit she was trying to convince Alvin to stand up on his feet, her own doubts do not hide her very obvious fear and distrust for the fox. It's not that she can't grow to like her; but having to deal with the 'reality' set upon them that they would not be able to return home within any reasonable amount of time, it is shocking.

Granted.

It is $800. The best wine costs $2100. Price contrasting ftw.

I wish I wasn't stoned.

I am the god of universes. I am the Shining Trapezohedron.

Strange Weather - Etherbloom

Good regions; gives a temporary bonus to attributes and not-so-temporary abilities to those affected. (I.e Spellcasting). Must have at least a dozen of other variants granting different attributes, having different haze colors and abilities.

Plant - Crystal Tree

Mostly a stony tree. Is made of wood, and can also be used to extract gems.

Plant - Potatoes
Why not?

Laykos follows for only a few steps, and Sophia takes a glance backwards.

"Wait... you're not actually just leaving him alone outside? If you really wanted to do something for me, we CAN begin by finding where the boy went!"

She then proceeds forwards to find Alvin.

"...I'm sorry. I don't trust you enough. How can I know that you're being true? If you cared, you would go out and find the boy you just spooked!"

"Y-Your name was Laykos, was it? Let's go find that boy!"

Sophia manages to express an angry grimace as she tries to command Laykos to find the missing boy. She does not yet know the boy's name. Regardless, all she had was each other's presences, and so she had to go find the boy in order to avoid meeting a horrible creature such as Flowey again.

She stomps out of the door, ignoring her increasing fear of the situation, just to ensure the wellbeing of her peers.
