Aw dammit. I didn't think she'd of posted about it yet. This is what happens when you sleep in then doze off.

Anyway yay all the same.

Edit: Oh fuck I posted with the cookies switched. Sorry olga.

As her co-op partner I can say I fucking hate those piece of shit goo monsters. Why the fuck do I need to toss Popsicles at those assholes. Why can't I just DO SHIT whenever I get their greasy ass goo jizz all over my head.

Having to manage your girlfriend panicing because of something she just barely found out about is NOT fun. Especially when she starts blaming it on december being cursed or something for her.

It's only two days in and something strange has already happened though, so I almost believe her there. Not to mention how strange and quiet it's been.

I think it's kinda funny that after several days of playing lots of dark souls, my fiancee decided she's had too much dark and not enough cute. Which caused her to start looking around for something adorable to watch or read or something to balance things back out.

I don't know why but I just think this is so silly and funny.

TripJack, you are rapidly approaching the honored title of most posts with the least content in a thread renowned for stupid arguments, pointless asides, and expressions of empty wit.

Try the whole board and not just this topic. I've seen greatorder and loudwhispers contribute more to a topic. That's saying something.

even the fundie atheists are annoying as hell. if you can't respect other people's choices, why in hell should I respect yours?

I think you're missing the point if you havent realized that's what he did too.

Honestly I keep asking Janet to just close this topic but she never comes here to do it. I think the actual point of this topic was lost a long time ago.

I found a gif that could make Janet murder me.

I was unaware she didn't want to murder you already.

Plus half the community focuses upon going over the same in-jokes over and over again and being as uncreative as possible while demanding that you make them feel good. It's a lot more of a hugbox place than you'd imagine at first glance.

Even Reddit realizes how terrible Reddit is, and they don't care. They revel in their own filth.

This sounds an awful lot like a certain place I know actually. I think we're all familiar with it.

On the outsiders topic. Hasn't anyone here realized exactly when they stop showing up forever?

How in the hell is the tutorial a headstart? You lose potentially 3 skilled men, are forced down a specific upgrade path and the supposed free missions always happen on a specific but not exact timer up till the first terror mission.

Getting a "Free" sattelite isn't worth the time you can spend to get a proper uplink or nexus upgrade in place.

And yeah there is NO benefit to losing 3 people almost guaranteed to be squaddies if you handle the non tutorial first mission well. Doing the tutorial cripples your game.

I don't think a country ever leaves the council before the meeting.

This is something me and Janet experimented with a little, to make sure we got the mechanics down. The only thing so far that seems to make a country leave the council besides max panic at the end of the month is ignoring a terror mission. And you pretty much need to try to do that.

But now... Now I know the game is cheating.  I finally finished a mission... And I get an Abduction notice when the Skyranger is three seconds away from landing.  Meaning I must ignore it.  Great, that's just great.

If you click ignore they stay open for a few in game hours. It's not the end of the world. You can still access them from the globe.

Me and Janet have never lost a man to Thin men. In fact the only man we've ever lost was to a sectoid. Somehow we've managed to just lose that one guy. Came close during a spoilery spoilery mission to losing much more though thanks to alien grenades.
