Well then just surround enemies with obsidian walls and then pop some magma from above:)
or just use tame, and slaughter and you get dwarves dragging goblins to butcher shops.
Butchering gobbos is dwarfy.... though magma is more dwarfy - but your dwarfes never did it themselves... so butchering is more dwarfy:):):)

If you can add and remove syndromes, then adding a were-syndrome, changing to manimal and back, then removing the syndrome would also heal them up.
Actually masterwork does it similary. It converts a creature to itself and its healed this way with restored limbs. But it has to be alive to use a workshop:)

Will it work fine? I would try to test it but dwarf will not regrow any limbs this way eh.... but he will be alive - so you can add masterwork fortress workshop for full healing dwarfs later. This will make you reanimate any dwarf. Also there can be interactions moded to resurrect and fully heal any dwarf by your other dwarfes. Only question is - will it stop ghost from appearing and bad thoughts from happening AFTER resurrection.

Bone stacks are never divided now. You can change it yourself by adding a reaction for dividing bones but that requires modding. We had some thread about it a while ago.

There was a mod to make animal skins and material non unique (which greatly helps fps) on wimbli (i believe meph used it anyway or at least the idea of it)  and you can destroy some stone types yourself.

I think it's better to do with bee interactions and make dwarfs immune to it. Though with stone venom i am not sure if it will help:)

I think that if he has that old a computer then he is possibly not from USA... and then that may mean that nobody throws away good computers where he lives. If he could've bought a better PC he would've done it so maybe it's better not to suggest getting better PC... I really think he wishes better PC from the bottom of his heart anyway:)
As for the question - maybe try to reduce different types of things... like "masterworks" options to get all skins to only 5 types, reduce soil and stone types. It can increase perfomance pretty much and maybe even work in this case.

I think exploding bees are too much:) BIG swelling with a lot of pain could be cool - and also a bit of paralisis. BTW - a lot of bees will actually kill a man with their poison...... A LOT OF BEES though;) So maybe add a liiiiiiiiitle necrosis:)

So if my dwarf has "never becomes angry" and all other traits of SANE dwarf (though its oxymoron:) ) but has prone_to_rage then it will have all the bonuses he needs in a fight but will never attack fellow dwarfs? :) Now i know which reaction i want in a psychologist workshop:) Only question is how to change soul with interaction now:)
