New update, yes! I have yet to check it out. I'll try the server for a little.


EDIT: Aaah.... It's asking me to enter the server port after I enter the IP address.

Hey, it's TheMech.

I started playing on the server today, and I couldn't use portals. It was suggested that I log of for a minute while the settings are changed, but now I cannot log back on. When I try to connect it just says connection lost. What is this madness?

Why hello.

I just started playing Nethack several days ago, and I gotta say it's one tough game! I was hoping there'd be a recent Nethack thread here, and here it is!

My best characters so far have been a male human knight and a male elf wizard. I've died every time I reach Minetown, though. It seems like there are a ton of enemies inside the town, and the guards just ignore them!

Anybody got any tips on this?
