The magic used in Enchanting is much different than the kind used to cast spells. To add energy to an Enchanter's Rune you need to find an Enchanted Item, or Arcanite Crystals, and extract the energy from them. From there, it's rather simple. You use the energy you've collected to enchant items, and such...
