You look through The Enchanter's Handbook. It's mostly stuff for beginners, it teaches about Enchanter's Runes, the items Enchanters store magical energy within. The magic used in Enchanting is much different than the kind used to cast spells. To add energy to an Enchanter's Rune you need to find an Enchanted Item, or Arcanite Crystals, and extract the energy from them. From there, it's rather simple.
