Basically, you have a lot of muscle and a big flaming axe, but you're absolutely terrible at actually hitting anything :P.

Reroute all power from fusion cutters and scrambler system to engines. Skitter quickly into the trenches and craters, keeping a safe distance while breaking line of sight. Advance to good flanking position if possible.

Regarding the Alchemist, perhaps the solution is to assign a guard to accompany the character (possibly junior alchemists, or just grunts) and shield them a bit? Sort of makes sense that you wouldn't leave your important agents unprotected.

EDIT: I was looking through your character sheet, Remuthra, and I noticed an inconsistency- elves can't possess their elven immunities, lightbringer, and dreamspeaker at the same time- dreamspeaker replaces the immunites, and lightbringer replaces them and elven magic. An ability can't replace an ability that's already been replaced once.
I'll check them again. It's entirely possible when I was replacing all my elven traits I missed something.

The basic Lizardman player is S4 AV 9... And a super slow dwarf isn't going to be getting near a skink unless the lizardman player wants them too (Or if the lizardman player is in dire straits)

We are currently testing for balancing of classes. Personally I think the Mech Pilots are a bit OP.
Well, yeah, even if only because you need to bring dedicated weapons to bring most of them down.

I'm surprised lizardmen are on that list. Might not be the best at fighting dwarves, but if you're going to try to crack them open without block seven dudes with high strength and the ability to instantly win if you get a single turn with the ball (not to mention dwarves seem pretty bad for skink hunting) seem like a pretty good choice.

I guess tackle could be a bitch...
Same reason as Ogres, their basic player is <3 Strength, low AV. Lizardmen have tougher stuff as well, but if you can get a few blockers onto the Skinks, you can rack up casualties.

And yeah, tackle. Dwarves have it on most.
