Proportion,proportion....
If we had a bigger proportion and multi-tile creatures,we could use 1/16 square to create a small pipe.

Dwarves of a endangered settlement were forced to create the most powerful weapon in the whole world.
They used Intensive magma therapy (IMT) and advanced dwarven genetics knowlegde to create a variation of the cave blob with a more deadly poison and that were much more dense, they used to throw it at their enemies covering them with it's deadly blood, they've created the Dwarven Organic Bomb!

If we mod an creature that is very very very heavy, has no attack besides "Push", has the [PET] tag and has an deadly contact syndrome on it's blood and then throw it at the enemy from sufficient height to blow apart and cover our enemies with it's deadly blood,it'll work?
Or we can make it's blood to evaporate under certain temperature so when it blows apart his blood will be transformed in a deadly gas.
