"Grim specter of noogie hangs like shroud over us all."

Magnificient.

((I'm so sorry, Norwegian Ancestors, but I want to kill some Norge Fascists. In, if you'll take me.))

The amount of entitlement from Sanderistas is amazing. Be happy Teflon Don got the media to acknowledge Sanders exists.

PTW.

Still interested, sure.

How many of you guys here are actually able to vote right now?

I'm a loyal democrat, I have registered five different identities to vote under.
That sounds rather undemocratic. :P
I'm five times as democratic as anyone else here.
Vote early, vote often.  ;)

The Lieutenant Governor, a young, bookish man in the corner, listens intently to the conversation for a minute, before speaking, sounding nearly accentless from his years of travelling.

"Gentlemen, while you are drawing up battle plans to conquer our neighbors, Virginia is crumbling. May I make the radical suggestion that we get our house in order before going to war?"

608
((I suppose I'll take the Lt. Gov, if everyone's cool with that?))

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

I wasn't sure how healing crew after a battle works, so I assumed it costs 100 points, and heals them instantly. If not, just swap the extra reserve captain in for wounded commander.

Trump is a very new type of candidate. He does not follow any party platform. He does not have any belief system, except that whatever he says is the gospel truth.

611
Minor slip-up on my part, the "white" got cut out during an edit. Yeah, universal white male suffrage.

612
Universal manhood suffrage.
"Every dick can vote!"
Baby-steps. Ovaries shall come soon!

Hell, if Grant gets a place on the 50, Jackson should get a place on the 20.

Andrew Jackson was a hero in every single war he could find. When he was thirteen, he was captured by the British during the Revolution, and slashed multiple times with a sword when he refused to clean an officers boots. He won one of the most lopsided military victories in American history at New Orleans, and single-handedly brought Florida into the Union.

As for the Cherokee, it is extremely clear that it wasn't meant to be a death march. Jackson wasn't an "Indian killer," and much of the damage of the Trail of Tears was caused by the van Buren administration completely screwing the pooch.

Regardless: Jackson is, in my opinion, one of the greatest American presidents, and for one very simple reason: Universal manhood suffrage. His push for manhood suffrage turned the U.S. from an oligarchy to a distant relative of a democracy, and opened the door for women's suffrage, black suffrage, etc.

Also: First Irish-American President.

614
I wish they had.  Jackson is worst president.  Yeah, even worse then Rutherford B Hayes.
What's so bad about Andy?

615
At least they didn't kick Jackson off completely.
