Pretty much what the fascists wannabes are inclined to do when there's a decision they don't like, yeah. Stating the obvious there. :V

You don't appeal to wannabe fascists with anything less than fascism. They've had their chance and actively chose to continue pursuing self-destructive violence despite all attempt to show them that things don't have to be this way. They've decided that's what they want, and no amount of appeasement is going to do a goddamn ounce of good.

They only cure for stupidity like that is to let natural selection take its course.

The thing about realpolitik as a concept is it usually means being pragmatic and ignoring one's ideology when it gets in the way of being effective. The positive image of this one thinks of is when one comes to a mutual agreement despite being ideologically opposed (example: a good chunk of why the cold war didn't go nuclear). For the negative of course, when the ideology or other "on paper" policies being ignored are things like basic common sense, international agreements, or the laws of war...

As seen here however, another layer to this is a lot of politicians don't really understand the word "pragmatic" and instead take it to mean "bumblefuck my way over everybody in my way to get a paycheck, consequences be damned"

Imagine ignoring the Southern Strategy being literally the reason why it's the republican party that today pulls the kinda racist shit the democrats of the civil war era were known for. What's the matter, the half a brain cell you got rattling around in there got so busy trying to focus on the "put head up own ass to twist what my party is doing into an excuse to take a potshot at the other gaggle of old men" train of thought that it lost track of the "but wait, we're racist cucks so are supposed to be proud of our ancestors for their fine tradition of committing treason" train of thought, and forgot the historical details?

Not that historical facts matters to you braindead fascist wannabes, case in fucking point: reminder that it was a group of republican voters (who evidently picked up an extra brain cell for them to finally realize that backing the orange turd is a stupid idea) that pushed the issue that led to the colorado court decision, not the democrats.

Take your bad-faith horseshit and shove it.

What reasoning could they possibly use?

Fascist wannabes gonna fash, if they decide that they're a-okay with the orange fuckstick inciting a domestic terror attack in an open attempt at an autocoup, logic is not at play here.

It probably says something about them when they think we'd do a better job at it...or more likely, they know we'd do a shit job at it in our usual fashion (exporting "freedom" at extreme velocities) and that's what they want more of. :V

Don't forget too: the 2020 election happened back when the pandemic was still actively being a shitshow (because we had an orange cocksucker who'd decided that basic fucking hygiene was now a partisan issue), and the vaccine wasn't out until next year. There's no way in hell that he wouldn't have meddled in things and continued to have fucked things up at every level possible during this. In every sense possible, the idea that things would be better under the ex-president is a laughable alt-right fantasy.

Which really just underlines what a shitshow things have long since already become. Biden is just another rich old man whose interests lie with corporations, not with people. The bar is so low that he counts as an improvement over having "exactly that but also an incompetent manchild and fascist wannabe" in office.

A very hard-to-watch documentary about Mariupol. For USA (or VPN) only.

Hard to watch in the sense of morbid/heartbreaking, or hard to watch in the sense of inaccurate/biased? Probably useful to know before giving it a watch.

It could even be retaliation for some specific incidence of typical corporate tax evasion shenanigans, underneath their stated motives.

Anyway, have a source since you didn't deliver on that. Article indicates they've been complaining about multiple companies with PepsiCo just being the one they've decided to hit with a suit (maybe more will follow, who knows), with a mention of misleading statements about their packaging.

So corporate fuckery probably factors in here at some point regardless of NY's motive.
