Lanar looked once more upon his people, and decided that he needed to take another approach in teaching his people. He gave visions of spearfishing to his priests, hoping that they would be able to learn this useful ability. Having no further ideas for the season, Lanar waited and watched.

We don't have any immediate threats (the last paragraph clearly states that the enemies are bodies i.e. dead). I say we loot the traitors of any useful equipment, see if we can get any medical assistance for ourselves and Garts, then attempt to link up with other loyalist forces.

Lanar looked upon his people, and then looked at the lake they now lived next to. He saw that the lake had a great bounty of food, but the people could not get at this food. So Lanar possessed some members of the tribe, and attempted to get them to demonstrate fishing to the rest of the tribe. Regardless of the success of this attempt, Lanar had the tribe grow and develop for this season.

Lanar looked upon his tribe. They probably should move closer to the lake, he thought. Manifesting in the middle of the village, he told his people to move to the northwest. He also conferred upon one of his priests (the one which was most likely and able to understand his intentions) a staff that appeared to be made out of lightning and would allow the wielder to hurl lightning bolts at the enemies of Lanar's people, but could be held safely by his devout worshippers.

Man, it's been a while since I played this. Does a missile ship need to paint its target with active sensors or can it use another ship's sensors to lock on with its missile fire control?


Also, found a system with 940 asteroids between 3 belts. Awesome stuff.
It can use other sensors.

How do we know they specifically went for us Zako? I would assume that a "kilometers long ship" would have plenty of people on board, and didn't we encounter quite a few people while we were hauling off Garts?

They know who we are because we happen to be wearing a highly conspicuous outfit - one of the downside of being a commissar I guess. Also, seeing as our opponents seem willing to use grenades against us we should not invest too much trust in static defense.

While we have cover in our current position, we do not have much protection from grenades. I suggest we carefully look outside for enemies.
