That and Lukashenko has a powerful moustache the likes of which haven't been seen since the times of Stalin.
Wow. That guy's your president? He looks absolutely terrifying!

Of course, that does have a lot to do with his scowl. He looks much less like he's about to murder somebody in this one:

I'm interested, though, in how you describe your country's human rights in terms of how other people view it, rather than your own experience. I'm guessing this means that speaking out against your government is... discouraged.

Well, that wasn't so bad. I'd say we keep up the strict quarantine for another few weeks, let this plague completely pass and then open back up sometime around the end of the month.

Install watch posts at the borders, make sure no new sick people come into our lands.

Wait, the siege destroyed itself? Voidspawn kill each other?

At the moment she is unable to breathe and have a broken spine, but she is a vampire, so she might pull through.
Do vampires in DF breathe?

Make sure everyone and anyone who is not sick is very busy farming, hunting, fishing and/or foraging. Half the danger of a plague is the nearly-inevitable famine that follows! With so many people laid up, it'll be almost impossible to bring in anywhere close to the usual crop.

Dafuq is going on here?!? Lets get this game back on track. EAT SOME BABIES OR SOMETHING!!!

I say we take on the hospital anyway. Screw Theresa! Since when have silly things like moral qualms stood in our way?

send anybody important (Marna, Isaac, rangers, etc.) to our hunting lodge, and we should go regularly as well, though we should stay in the city for the most part to keep citizen morale up
This kinda defeats the purpose of having them in the hunting lodge. You're suggesting that we put them in the lodge to keep them away from the disease, but then we regularly come by and expose them to the disease we're living with.

In any case, we don't want to make it seem like we're fleeing.

So well, we must make it look like we're going hunting, or doing military exercises.
+1

Get out of town! If looking like a bit of a coward is the consequence of SURVIVING, then so be it! Survive we must! What do people want us to do? Stand in the middle of town and fight off this plague with our sword?

Encourage people to stay at home as much as possible and not congregate.

Also, shouldn't we burn the dead, if that's at all acceptable to the culture we're living in? Or is burying them pretty much just as good?

Does the artifact quality increase its effectiveness as a misc. object?

I have no compelling reason to not allow the insane AI into the ship.
I prefer the term "malfunctional" rather than "insane." ;D

Wow! 6511 kills... not bad!

I wonder what she was doing in "Vilebit." I'm assuming that's a goblin town. Perhaps she just got sick of drinking the same old... drink... and decided to try a new one.

IIRC if a creature leaves you map, it just ceases to exist (unless this has been changed recently). So releasing those demons out into the world would actually be the most effective way of getting rid of them. They'd be instantly annihilated!

I had a guy in jail (one of my legendary blacksmiths, actually), and somebody actually came by and gave him water at some point! Shocking! Anyway, they left the water bucket there within reach when they left. Nice! I figured that'd keep him for a few months.

So I came along later and here's this guy sitting around complaining that he's dehydrating next to a bucket with 8 units of water still in it. (Pure pumped water, BTW, no contaminates) Can dwarves not drink out of water buckets without somebody else holding it for them? I was half tempted just to let the idiot die.

What if we attack another hospital? Think about it, hospitals aren't usually guarded at all, and there are tons of people in various states of not being able to run away in a rather confined area. Its perfect for a zombie attack!

The only problem I see is that our quality of the "recruits" we pick up there might be pretty poor...

Were the Kadung shipyards part of the rebellion? Any survivors might not be aware of their defeat. We should be prepared for the fact that any people there might still think there's still a war going on.
