Good. Am I spending all my time below ground, on cavern-extermination duty? I'd volunteer for more surface action to get more combat experience, Armok knows I'll need it for layer 3 and FBs, but

-Murphy's Law says the moment my squad doesn't guard the caverns, 5 antman ambush squads will come knocking.

How about my squad, why isn't it in the list? I'm sure there is a second in command, and reasonably sure he/she has a spear.

I hope my squad is well armored. Mithril at least, shouldn't be hard given how much the elves brought as invader equipment.

Military cheesemaker, anyone? Like Discworld's dwarven battle bread, only with cheese. Seeing how Misty's dad is an armorsmith and she doesn't actually know cheesemaking, she might end up making this one accidentally. Or in a mood.

-1 to ditching the helmet, as it's the only thing keeping Reg alive at this point and the thing's too fast to get away clean. If there's one thing I've learned from Dwarf Fortress, it's to always wear a helmet.

Uh huh. I get the feeling that Misty won't be a cheesemaker anytime soon. Recruit or sweatshop worker are more likely career options at the moment.
