Description: A thin young man, at a height of 5'10'', with brown hair and grey eyes. Often wears office attire on his job as a private detective, with a fedora for style. It makes him look silly, but he chooses to wear it anyway because it's a comfortable hat. They have an obsession with the idea of 'hard-boiled' detectives but are often far too friendly to pull off being 'hardboiled'. Around their waist is an Armored Rider belt, in black and white, with the symbol of the Fool Arcana, a stylized jester's mask, embossed on the buckle. A silver holster is at the side of the belt, where the Prototype Gun Visor is kept, allowing him to access it even in human form.
Armored Rider Form: Similar in design to Armored Rider Aeon/Argent Gale’s armor, they have an undersuit of white flexible material. A black chestplate with a stylized fool's mask embossed into it, representing the Fool Arcana, is mounted upon it with a whole plate protecting their back and two black pauldrons on their shoulders. Their helmet consists of an entire plate covering the whole face and two red holes for the eyes, with two antennae mounted on the center of the top of the helmet. A silver scarf protects the neck, wrapped tightly around it.
Awaken Mode: The pauldrons, chestplate and helmet change, as the pauldrons extend over the arms and slightly beyond, the chestplate changes to accomodate a tower behind the fool's mask and the helmet gains a third spoke on the antennae, resembling a crown. The boots and gloves change to appear more armoured, and the scarf transforms into a small cloak.

Consummate Detective: Oliver is a skilled detective, having been an avid detective since youth. +20 to Perception rolls and detecting ambushes, as well as detecting evidence.
Put A Good Word In: Oliver's name is famous due to his work as a private detective. x1.5 Fame/Infamy when negotiating.
Determination of the Rider: Their inability to give up in battle is part of their identity. 200% bonus to resisting mental effects, and their health drain when unconscious is halved. Also grants the Unique Skill Henshin! in human form and Summon Bike when in Armored Rider form.
Deadeye: Oliver, as with any good hardboiled detective, is a good shot with his gun, whether it be a revolver or the Prototype Gun Visor. Even when enemies have passive or active dodge chance or his attack has a chance to miss, Oliver has a 10% chance to land his attack.
Flaws:
Greenhorn: Fame/Infamy rolls take a 50% penalty when not negotiating.

- Rider Joker Form: Arcana Justice: Kinetic Drain: Oliver uses the energy of his next attack to heal damage to himself, returning 15% of the damage dealt by this attack as healing. One turn cooldown.
- Awaken Mode: Kinetic Drain heals 20%.
Rider Joker Form: Arcana Moon: Moonlight Divide: This attack deals 25% additional damage as Pure damage, ignoring RES. If the enemy attempts to defend against this attack (whether by shielding, healing or etc), the defense action fails and the attack deals normal damage. (Level 1)
- Awaken Mode: The attack ignores even invulnerability, dealing the normal damage this attack deals.
Rider Joker Form: Arcana Death: Dampening Field: Projects a minor field around the armour that repulses attacks. For the next turn, all offensive actions targeting Oliver are repulsed bar those that pierce defenses. Two turn cooldown. (Level 1)
- Awaken Mode: Dampening Field negates all offensive actions towards Oliver, even Pure damage and abilities that pierce all other defenses.
Rider Joker Form: Arcana Fool: Rider Beat: Oliver attempts an final blow using his weapons and his Final Trigger, dealing [[Selected Weapon Die+Total Relevant Stat]x3] in Pure damage. Rider Beats can only be executed after 5 turns and every other 5 turns afterwards.
- Awaken Mode: Rider Beats add 5% of the target's health to damage calculations.
Rider Joker Form: Awakening: Arcana Tower: Oliver's armour temporarily increases in power as he transforms into Awaken Mode, increasing both attack stats and Agility by x2, reducing incoming damage to 90% and adding effects to his attacks. However, this can only be accessed every 5 turns, lasts for 3 turns and halves all of his stats except Fame and Knowledge for one turn afterwards due to fatigue.
Unique Skill: Henshin!: Transforms Oliver into the Armored Rider Joker. [Imparted upon any wearer of the Rider Belt.]
- Rider Joker Form: Unique Skill: Summon Bike: Oliver summons his Joker Bike, giving him a +5 to INIT rolls and granting him a 10% chance to dodge attacks while on the bike. The bike will disappear after three turns and can be summoned again after three turns. Oliver needs to wait three turns to activate this skill.
Other: -They have a particular rivalry with their younger brothers, Nick and Jack Sloane, who also have Armored Rider belts of their own as Armored Riders Sol and Luna.
-Oliver has been an avid detective for years, ever since falling in love with detective fiction as a kid. He especially idolised the hardboiled types and so always tried to be like them; however, he was always far too emotional to be anything like them. Regardless, he tried to work as a detective and eventually, after years of trying, got himself as a partner to another, older private investigator, the late Joe Stone, owner of the Stone Agency.
After several cases together, he eventually found an ad by a Doctor Toshiba, looking for test subjects. At the time, Oliver needed money, as the Stone Investigation Agency hadn't taken many cases and thus his pocket was rather empty. Of course, he assumed that Doctor Toshiba, a famed roboticist, was merely looking for a test operator of one of his new robots. It was more than that, however, as that fateful day seven years ago was in fact the day when Toshiba had finished working on what were to become the Armored Rider belts.
He and another prospective subject, Tatsuya Hino -himself a robotics student at the time- were tasked with testing out the first generation of belts, later known as the Luna and Sol belts. Toshiba eventually used his findings and, with Tatsuya's assistance, produced the Joker belt, a belt halfway between the Luna and Sol belts and the First Generation Belts, most famously utilised by Tatsuya himself as Armored Rider Flamma (codenamed 'Aurum Inferno') and the mysterious Rider Argent Gale. However, when tests on the Joker belt were starting, a Mysterious Being attacked the laboratory, threatening Doctor Toshiba and Tatsuya. Oliver took the untested belt and wore it, transforming into Armored Rider Joker for the first time and defeating the Mysterious Being, saving the lives of both men. As a reward for his bravery, the good doctor, after finishing testing on the Joker belt, decided that the belt was best in Oliver's hands and so gave it to him.
Ever since, the detective- now running the agency as the Sloane Detective Agency- has worked with both normal members of the public and the Heroic Union in solving cases of both supernatural and mundane natures, using his powers as Armored Rider Joker to defend people. He was most significantly involved in a hostage situation a few years ago, involving Heroic Union personnel being held hostage at a dispatch center, where, happening to be passing by while solving a case, he entered the building and subdued the villains, saving the lives of everyone present.
