shit-tierso, twin5. Going to try to be helpful during trials and investigations and such and making video game references, but will be much more active and confident. And not fall asleep mid-sentence.
on a scale of 1 to 10 how chiaki-like is your character going to be
Raleigh shrugs."Oh, what. No. Anyway...."I'm sure... Besides, we've been writing each other for four years now... as of just a couple days ago, actually."
.....you sure about that? I'm not exactly the kinda person anyone's naturally comfortable around."
Emilia smiles.
"See?"
((Good reason:6AR doesn't make sense on superhero plot.))((Counterpoint(s): He looks NOTHING like a human, the only robots in Persona specifically LOOK human, and it's been established robots exist who look like 6AR in the HEROverse.
Precedent negated. Heroic Barrage was reverted already.Any. Doesn't matter for what.Timebomb [Level 1 Active Action]: Requires a dedicated Perk Slot to use. Apply 5 Timebomb Stacks to the target. After 5 Turns, roll Basic Attack and multiply it by the number of Timebomb Stacks left on the target, this is considered to be an attack with no source, rather than an Ailment Consequence (so dodging, blocking, RES, etc will still work against it). Dispellation will remove one Time Bomb Stack, not all of them. 5 Turn Cooldown.
Precedent is Heroic Barrage which also only deals damage on Turn 6 at the earliest, takes less RES into account (ignores Armor, while this just has one attack rather than a multi-attack), and has a 5 Turn cooldown. Yes that one has a 30% RES penalty, but it also has conditional instant death. The fact that dispellation can mitigate damage from this, the fact that the enemy will know exactly when it hits and who it hits, five turns in advance, and the fact that this one requires an entire Perk Slot to even use should more than make up for that. The 5 Timebomb Stacks at Level 1 is more of an absolute minimum.
Is this allowed? How many Timebomb Stacks may be applied at Level 1?
