So this is what I had for world name ideas:
World of Astolfo: Twi's plot
World of NFL: TCM's plot
World of Persona (needs another qualifier, as Sachi is from another Persona world, World of Persona Millennium): Twin's plot
World of Al-Rama: USEC's plot

Is this satisfactory?

Shall I just refer to Twin's world as 'World of Persona' and TCM's as 'World of NFL' for Bestiary and Recap purposes?

Also, for posterity, how should I refer to the worlds in which the plots happen? I'm using a 'World of X' format (i.e. World of Undertale, World of Metroid). This is so when the plots start, I can record it in the contents for the OP.

My plot will take place in 'World of HERO', for instance.

Emilia's Theme (Credens Justitiam)- Seriously, the title is Believing in Justice, how could it not be Emilia's theme?
Raleigh's Theme (Boundless Life)- Because Ryuki.
Siblings' Theme (Sorairo Days)-For when the enemy is screwed because a Kamen Rider and a magical girl are going to kick the stuffing out of them. At the same time.

And why not, here's their Super Mode themes:
Emilia's Theme [Full Bloom] (Ifuu Doudou)- Because Yuki Yuna. Also because hot-blooded magical girl theme = Emilia.
Raleigh's Theme [Cast Off] (Revolution)- Because Ryuki. Again. Raleigh's Super Mode is more or less Kuwaga Survive Mode anyway.
Sibings' Theme (Roar of the Universe)- Because both a Kamen Rider and a magical girl going Super Mode on you warrants a suitably bombastic theme to emphasise the screwing the unfortunate opponent is about to receive.

Also, as we're starting the plots shortly, we're going to need to divide up players OOC.
