A moment passes. She lets a small gasp out, before shaking her head. She knew Nancy, from her visits to the Farm, and she was sorry to see her gone.

However, the time to mourn was not now. Her brother was in danger, her friend's friends were in danger, people were in serious, definite, mortal danger.

And justice must have been done.
".......I must assist you now, I am honorbound. I'm sorry about what happened.

Can I help you?"

"Then get him quickly! We can't delay much longer, unless you want to lose your other friends to these evildoers too!"

The rose-themed girl looks to Ilya and the others. She readies her staff.
"Well, what are we waiting for? We must pursue those evildoers to the edges of the earth! If they have kidnapped your family and friends, we cannot delay!"

Kyle's attackers are beset suddenly by blasts of swirling rose petals from the distance.

A magical girl dressed in a black dress with a white helmet covering most of her face, blonde hair in a curtain behind her back, with a stylized rose design covering the front of her helmet, has appeared on the horizon, a rose-tipped staff blasting the officers as much as she can to help her fellow mage get away.

((I don't think they did though, considering Evridiki and Penelope noticed no warnings.))

Also, when they inevitably come for Raleigh, Elizabeth and Emilia, cue Raleigh punting Emilia like a football to safety.
