The entry on Nicole Black seems just as long as Argent Gale or Contagion's. Far more is known about her, too; date of birth, documented powers including regeneration, flight and supernatural strength and some pictures from talent scouts wanting to recruit her. From the image on file, one could see why; her rather delicate, feminine looks and her black wings make her resemble an angel, with the looks and body to match. At age 18, she started operating as a hero with the Heroic Union, notably having some cooperative operations with Argent Gale, Contagion and other 'veteran' Heroes, rapidly rising through the ranks of Heroes and currently standing as a Class Beta Superhero classified as 'Dark Angel'.

There are several clippings, clearly from tabloids rather than the kind of paper Penelope writes for, claiming that they've seen Nicole out with the likes of Argent Gale, Blokkere, or whatever well-liked, mysterious or good-looking superhero or superheroine is in fashion. Argent Gale's name and Blokkere's are both crossed out, and other names are marked with a tick, with a note for Penelope telling her to 'go check it out'. There are other clippings, with interviews from other heroes such as the aforementioned masked rider Argent Gale hailing her as one of the paragons of this generation of heroes, underneath.

Well, for one, they're actually rather tall. And the dog ears are actually....well, they have a dog's head. Granted, a Shiba Inu head, similar to Minako's dog form, but still a dog's head. They're also pretty buff, clearly male (as similar to an ironing board as Minako's chest was there was still something there) and they're looking down at Walter and everyone with their tongue hanging out expectantly as one might expect a dog to be.
