Contagion's file is rather sparse. The main facts are that he's been operating for twenty years, give or take, that he's rather ruthless in his pursuit of opponents, often comes into conflict with newer heroes such as the aforementioned Argent Gale when operating together due to a conflict in morality codes, and that he had a weird charm around his voice when he spoke. Penelope seems to note his lack of popularity even among fellow heroes, with several notes linking to other heroes such as Argent Gale and Aurum Inferno. There is an attached image.

That's even more tedious and just fills the OOC with clutter about asking questions. Not that it isn't full of shitposts already, but I'd rather shitposts than dealing with game-related crap.
