'Humble' is an understatement, considering the place is both rather large and well-decorated, with traditional furniture rather than modern and sleek pieces making up most of the things in the apartment.
Walter might see her familiar dog ears popping up among the crowd.

Penelope produces a roll of newspaper for him and passes it over.

It is titled the 'City Tribune'. The headline is 'BLAZING JUSTICE RULES THE STREETS'. The article's image seems to be a person covered head to toe in golden armour with red, flame-like highlights, wielding two futuristic handguns while shooting at a large humanoid bee man, with the opponent attempting to plant their stinger into the gunslinger.

The article seems to be about a hero called 'Aurum Inferno' and their having saved the mayor from a villain called 'Jacker Bee'. Penelope is credited as the writer of the article and the latter half of the article seems to be an interview between Penelope and 'Aurum Inferno'.
((Would've used Twin's character, but I thought it'd be a bit rude to just commandeer their character for it. :P ))
