Really? I could have sworn there used to be an example perk in the OP that was basically that.

That was the Henshin perk, IIRC, which is meant to simulate someone who lacks powers becoming someone who gains powers (i.e. magical girls, Kamen Riders, etc.) than someone changing forms (i.e Sheik -> Zelda)

I may allow it, but I'm still deciding.
