Appearance:
A somewhat tall (5'7”, 5'8”) woman, with a somewhat stocky and muscular build. Her face is very Russian in shape and features, though not in color. Actually, her colors are a bit all over the place. Her eyes are dark, but her hair is a distinctive red, flowing in long sheets down her back. Notably, her lip is very clearly outlined by her bright red lipstick, and any time she opens her mouth, it parts to reveal a smile full of razor sharp teeth. More teeth than a Re-Class BBV. If she wants it to, her grin can be very frightening.

She doesn't wear too much. A tight, sleek one-piece swimsuit covering her chest and her torso, leaving her muscular hips exposed and clinging rather tightly to her other curves and muscles as well. Seriously, that thing is lewd. Aside from it, she wears a big, poofy Arctic coat, lined with fur and luxuriously soft- not unlike this example from the internet, it comes with utility pockets and a nice National Science Foundation badge on one breast.. Of course, she usually wears the coat open. Because of course she does.
Other clothing includes a set of  heavy, furred winter boots and a pair of black cotton thigh-highs.

When she goes all Kanmusu-y, the 'rigging' that she wears is pretty simplistic. A replica of her somewhat blocky superstructure on her back, along with some stylish rudder-shoes.

Backstory: Look, it's a boat!

Abilities: Walk on water, last forever without refueling due to OP nuclear reactors, be stronger than a human, break ice, punch things, punch things, laugh at the cold, overheat elsewhere, punch things. Also other Kanmusu things.

Backstory: In New York City, 19XX born and raised, the cardboard is where he spent most of his days. Rhyming and dancing with all of his groove and maybe shooting some hoops outside of his school. When suddenly a flare came from the air and a magical meteor singed his hair he awoke with magical powers. Raising a gang using the power of music, he rose in power as he became the leader of the largest rap empire of New York, annexing the city from the United States as he ruled well. His reign was only ended as a magical sorcerer rose up in West Philadelphia and waged war with Ja'Quan, draining his resources and eventually facing him off in Ja'Quan's throne room. After an intense battle and Ja'Quan on his knees, the powerful sorcerer opened a portal and sent the rapper spiraling through space-time until he landed where he is now.

Abilities: Quan has two robotic arms with speakers built into them. As such, he can punch people pretty hard and use sonic attacks. His rhymes are absolute magic, and when spit, their effect will become true according to the words, and will place buffs or debuffs and such. It is weaker than it once was, due to losing his glorious Rap Empire.
