Setting:
The Endless City, a place in the middle of Whocares, Whateven. The city extends endlessly, having everything anyone could want. Of course, it's less really a city and more an amalgamation of many, many locations from everywhere and anywhere. Perfect to screw around with.

And indeed, that is where our characters get dumped to do....whatever.

The Rules:
1. Don't be a dick.
2. No character cap, but try to keep it sensible. Please, don't go using canon characters. And sensible ones.
3. Combat, if any, is freeform. Keep rule 0 in mind.
4. No plot, just nonsense. If you want plot, go make one yourself.
5. Have fun!
