So, After a bit of pondering and questioning why people wanted Perks that add Charisma, and a fair bit of discussing with Kj and shade, I have made luck be the determining factor for Charisma, diplomacy, and intimidation.
So yes. You can now talk down a sentient enemy if your luck is sufficiently high. Welcome to the Luck update yall. Elf will probably beat me now....

Because really, did you seriously make a serious change to the system without consulting the guy who's supposed to be your deputy? If you just decided to go consult with kj and shade, then I don't understand why I'm even deputy in the first place. >_>
