Argent Gale seems to basically tower over Kira, even accounting for her shortness. They chuckle; it sounds somewhat off due to the modulation of their voice, though.

Voltage would likely be familiar with Contagion, quite obviously. If they've been paying attention to the news for the last couple of years, Argent Gale and Nicole would probably both be familiar, with Gale having first arisen five years ago.
((I think that's everyone who had a past prior to the game in hero-ing, unless Clavin and Blokkere did too.))
