I will repeat this again. I believe that ENG should of taken damage because A) he did not resist the attack and B) the kinetic shell does not have a duration. I want SANURE's ruling on this.

You wanted a mod's ruling. You have a mod's ruling. What else are you requesting?

(well, I reacted. It was still a combat action, and it was technically combat, however brief.)

[22 v irr.] ENG is successfully tazed as he does nothing to react to Alanis' shenanigans. The soldier is immediately knocked onto the floor, unconscious and temporarily paralysed from the tazing.
