Well, all Mankai would really do to anyone not named 'Mio' is double their offensive stats. The reason Mio is so ridiculous using it is because she gets special moves from it that nobody else would have.

Granted, Chryssa would be quite strong, but I wouldn't count on her doing as much as Mio would with it.

Or Mio gaining anyone's attacks while in Mankai form. Period. Or anyone gaining Mio's Mankai-form attacks, which all require eight hands to pull off.
