This being, well, Japan in the middle of a Cosy Catastrophe-style apocalypse, they're probably a rich Japanese girl. And probably basically the spitting image of Mio. Only Mio punches eldritch abominations out and actually does something with her time.

It's still mid-afternoon, of course.
ENG finds....nothing that would really help him figure out why or what's going on. Well, he does see a few less-fortunate people, but nothing to the extent of outright homelessness.
Maybe the GM doesn't want to answer those questions because he's saving them for a plot that fits answering them more.
